Our Dietitians conduct nutritional needs assessment to evaluate a person’s or group’s nutritional status, identify risks, and detect malnutrition by collecting data on diet, physical status, body composition, and/or laboratory tests (when necessary). This process involves screening, followed by a detailed assessment, to understand how nutrition impacts health and to develop a tailored nutrition plan

Our Dietitians develop a personalised meal plan according to your specific health goals, dietary preferences, health conditions, and lifestyle.

OOur Dietitians provide personalised guidance to individuals who are at nutritional risk because of their health or nutritional history, dietary intake, chronic illness, or medication use.

Our Dietitians provide evidence-based nutritional advice for a balanced diet and help with healthy food shopping. They offer tailored guidance for healthy eating, can help interpret food labels, suggest healthy choices from food groups like fresh produce, lean meats, and whole grains, and advise on limiting processed and unhealthy foods.

Diet, often considered as a lifestyle factor, contributes to the development of many chronic conditions, including obesity, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, stroke, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, some cancers, and perhaps some neurological diseases. Our Dietitians help treat diet-related illnesses by translating complex nutrition science into practical, personalised advice and meal plans, often through medical nutrition therapy to manage these conditions.
